Chi Entertainment Network LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy — we decide how and why your information is processed. • Account information: name, email address and login credentials when you create an account.
• Artist information: details you submit to our artist database or store — artist name, email, phone, city, state, genre, music links, social media handles, bios and goals.
• Inquiry and message content: information you include when contacting us or requesting a media kit.
• Newsletter information: first name and email address, and whether you join as an artist, fan, industry professional or sponsor.
• Order information: the products you purchase and their fulfillment status. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe — they are not stored by us.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device identifiers, pages viewed and interactions with the Site.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide the Site and Services, including accounts, store purchases and access to products you have bought.
• To review artist submissions and manage the artist and industry directories.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To send the CHI Insider newsletter and service messages, where you have subscribed or where permitted.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above: account data while your account is active; artist submissions while we evaluate them and for our records; order records for accounting, tax and dispute purposes; and marketing data until you unsubscribe. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. EEA, UK and Swiss residents also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month. Our Site is operated from the United States.
