We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. To request a refund, contact our support team through our Contact page with your order details, and we'll help you through the process.

How Refunds Are Issued

Once a refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Products Covered

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to digital products, directory plans, artist profile packages and event tickets purchased through our store. If you have any problem with a purchase — a download that doesn't work, an access issue, or a booking question — contact us first and we'll make it right.

Exceptions

The following purchases are not refundable:

• Marketing services — advertising placements, release promotion, directory upgrades and related promotional services, once the campaign or promotional work has begun or the placement has gone live.
• eBook downloads — once an eBook has been downloaded, the download itself is non-refundable. If your file doesn't open or work properly, contact us within 30 days and we'll provide a working copy or a refund.
